Hi, I’m Larsyn,
founder and owner of Revfit Wellness
My journey began out of my own struggles with postpartum recovery after having my first child. Following the birth of my daughter, I went through months of pelvic floor physical therapy and spent countless hours searching for a trainer who could genuinely support my recovery goals. Along the way, I realized there was a huge gap in the fitness industry when it came to helping women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. So...




In 2023, I made the decision to...
transform my bootcamp business into a women-centered fitness program specifically designed for pre- and postpartum moms. My RevFit Foundations Strength Training Series is now Physical Therapist Approved and held in small group settings to provide personalized support for each participant. Every class and session I lead is designed with the unique needs of women in mind.

Women deserve more meaningful support on their wellness journey than what mainstream fitness and medical communities often provide. All too often, women’s unique needs are overlooked or dismissed as 'normal' by providers, leaving many feeling frustrated, isolated, and uncertain. I want women to know that there is a path to healing and strength. Challenges like pelvic floor and core dysfunction, among others, are not a life sentence. With the right support, you can prepare your body for a vibrant life ahead and experience a full, empowered recovery.
