Foundations
RevFit Foundations is a 6-Week Strength Training Series designed to help women build a strong core foundation and improve overall strength. These sessions are perfect for women who are pregnant, postpartum, new to strength training, or as an addition to or transition from physical therapy.
Each 45-min class is PT approved & led by a certified pre/postpartum personal trainer.
Classes are limited to 6 participants to ensure a more personalized and supported approach is achieved.

Revfit Lift
RevFit LIFT is a Low Impact Functional Training Class for women designed to maximize results by blending low impact cardio with full body strength training.
Classes are 45 min and follow a 6 Week progressive overload format. Week 7 will integrate restorative movements & rest to prepare you for the next 6-week cycle.
This class is held Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday at 9:15am at the Park Circle Inclusive Playground

I have tried many different gym experiences and I just never stuck with them. Mostly because I didn't know what I was doing or I wasn't sure if my form was off and I just felt silly. RevFit with Larsyn helped my workout confidence grow more and more with each class. Not only that but I could feel my strength and balance increasing as well! She was great at correcting form without making anyone feel silly. The small class size really provided sense of comradery - like we were all on the same team working towards the same goal of healthiness!
